What this site stores about you, and for how long
Three kinds of data: a contact message, an account, and an analytics choice. Each is listed with its purpose and retention.
Three things are collected, each for one reason
Contact message
Name, email, subject and message, so an organiser can reply. Kept 180 days, then purged.
Account
Email and sign-in details held by Clerk, plus your portfolio and the nights you signed in at, so verification can be checked. Kept while the account exists.
Analytics choice
A cookie holding allow or refuse, for 180 days. Page counts run only after allow.
Processing rests on your request or your consent
A message or an account is something you asked for. Analytics runs only after you say so, and refusing costs you nothing on the site.

Purges run from the database on the schedule above. Deleting your account removes the portfolio and attendance rows with it.
Data sits with Clerk, Cloudflare and Vercel, and goes nowhere else
Clerk holds sign-in, Cloudflare D1 holds records, Vercel serves the pages. No advertising network, no broker, no resale.
Analytics runs only after you allow it
Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies once allowed. Change your answer here at any time.
Export or delete everything by email
Write to mosaic@arthurlabs.net from the address on the record. Exports arrive as JSON within 14 days; deletions complete within 30.
